3M Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 is NIOSH-approved to help provide respiratory protection against certain organic vapors/acid gases and oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. The D80923 OV/AG/P100 cartridges/filters are for use with 3M Secure Click facepieces. Secure Click cartridges/filters utilize dual flow technology for easy breathing.

The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 features the innovative Secure Click connection style. This connection style allows for a quick and simple connection of the cartridges. To install, align the connections on the facepiece and cartridge/filter and push until you hear a click. The Secure Click connection provides wearers with confidence that the cartridges/filters are properly installed.

In addition, the Secure Click cartridges/filters are dual-flow, allowing for easy breathing. Each respirator contains two dual-flow cartridges/filters, creating four airflow paths. This unique quad-flow cartridge/filter system ensures breathability and comfort.

The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 is NIOSH-approved for use against certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride/sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants. It is designed to be used with approved 3M Secure Click facepieces. Please note that the D80923 cartridge/filter is not suitable for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or for sandblasting.

It is important to change the 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge/Filter P100 D80923 according to your well-documented change-out schedule. However, if you detect any smell, taste, or irritation from contaminants, it is recommended to replace the cartridges/filters earlier. Additionally, if the cartridges/filters become damaged or if breathing becomes difficult, they should be replaced.

If used in environments containing only oil aerosols, the cartridges/filters should be replaced after 40 hours of use or 30 days, whichever comes first.
